You may not know it but I am just starting this from scratch but I have some experienced in putting up a business. I understand that everything must be in placed. I am not leasing a building and I plan to have one in front of the house. Do you set up a sort of fabricated free made, ready to assemble store for a 20 sqm space area? This is common in the U.S. If you don't make something like this (which you should consider in the future and I can explain it to you why) its going to impend my time schedules and budget to set up the store building. Other things on your list can be prepared cordially.

The place of business outlet is along the provincial highway with a frontage of at 30+ sqm approximately. Half of the area is an ideal place for the outlet because of its square size perameters and the other half (horizontal) frontage is perfect for setting up your franchise if we decide and we all come into an agreement to become a business partner in our community.
