     Equazone water refilling system (WRS) will send the inspector to the site address to conduct a feasibility study to see and analyze the  two possible locations  for the proposed water store building. Ideally the space area should have 25sqm but it can work with less space available with extra minor costs and adjustments.
     The transformation of this radical realignment of planning was conducive to the result of  the nations endearing scarcity of Angat Dam water reservoir that been have a proliferating headlines in the contents of most newspaper circulation month after month. The recent breaking update is very alarming because Angat Dam will possibly be owned by a private sector that may stop the supply of NAWASA water to Metro Manila.  Including some parts of Cavite will also be affected by running out of supply of water whose main source of origin comes and flows from Angat Dam.
     Bucal Spring is founded and assembled with a vision to help in the distribution of potable water nationwide.  First, within the local community, to surrounding towns, to all parts of Cavite, to make them water sufficient and independent from other source. Just having this concept in mind and considering the possibilities of great demand in the near future, the supply of water will increase.  Since Bucal Spring main source of water storage comes from a natural spring that has sprouted conceivably under the inner surface of vast of land in my hometown for many generation, the water here is multiplied. Further determination of geographical areas to be covered in the distribution will be given priority and consideration in the continuance of its business operation to help other communities when the time of needs abound.

Pagkatapos pag-aralan ang mga quotations at kabuuang gastusin at sa palagay mo naman na kakasya ang budget mo o puhunan, then pwede kanang makipagtawaran sa supplier, humingi ng mga diskwento, alamin ang mga suporta na maibibigay nila katulad ng “maintenance” at ‘warranty’. Babala: huwag maakit basta basta sa mga murang makina, baka mura dahil tinipid o pipitsugin ang mga kinabit na pyesa. Ugaliin mag kumpara at mag usisa kung ano ang nkikita sa larawan ng makina na kanilang ibibigay. 3. Pagkatapos makapili ng wastong makina na bibilhin, maghanap na muna ng pwesto o magandang lugar na pwedeng pagtayuan ng refilling station mo, yun ibang munisipyo po ay 25sqm ang nire required na kabuuang sukat para sa ganitong negosyo, pero kadalasan yun 20sqm na sukat ng tindahan ay sapat na. Kung ayaw naman mag rent pwede narin po yung sarili nyong lugar ang gamitin, hindi rin po problema o sagabal kung nasa loob man kayo ng subdivision, wag po mag alala at kikita pa rin po kayo. 4. Kung may nakita na po kayong pwesto o lugar para sa inyong tindahan ay pwede na uling kontakin ang napili mong supplier ng makina para sa inyong final na pag uusap, manghingi po ng typical lay-out ng isang water station sa kanila na pwede nyong gayahin para sa tindahan nyo. Yun iba po na ‘katulad namin “ kami po ang pupunta sa area nyo para sukatan at i lay-out ang tamang design na pwdeng gawin sa available na sukat na pagtatayuan ng inyong tindahan. 5. Kadalasan po ang supplier ay manghihingi ng paunang bayad para masimulan ang inyong makina, ang leadtime po sa pag buo ng makina ay 2 hanggang 3 linggo. Humingi po lamang ng kasulatan o resibo kung kayo ay magbibigay na ng paunang bayad. 6. Pagkatapos mai closed ang deal sa supplier pwede napo pasimulan ang pagtatayo ng tindahan or refilling station, ang construction po ay tumatagal mula 3 hangang 4 linggo bago matapos, ipagawa na rin po ang deep well kung yan ang napili nyong water source (ipa bisita sa supplier yun tindahan habang ito ay ginagawa upang makita kung nasusundan ng karpentero yun lay-out na kanyang binigay, importante po kasi masunod yun design lalo na sa washing area, mga pipings at drainage lay-out), so habang nagpapagawa pa lang, pwede napo simulan ang pag a apply ng inyong business permit. 7. Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na DTI sa inyong lugar, magdala ng cedula at brgy. Clearance. Maghanda din ng lima hanggang sampung lista ng ibat ibang pangalan na inyong napipili na maging pangalan ng inyong negosyo ‘business name’. 8.) Pagkatapos makuha ang registered business name na galing sa DTI, tumuloy napo sa inyong munisipyo at mag apply naman ng Mayor’s or Business permit. Ang proseso po ay tumatagal ng 2 hanggang 3 linggo depende rin po sa area, yun iba po munisipyo ay i require kayo na mag submit ng A.) water analysis of potability ( Physical, chemical and bacteriological test) ng inyong raw or source of water. B.) Engineering drawings (building and electrical plan) signed by a sanitary engineer at mga common legal requirement po kapag nag a apply ng building permit. 9. Pagkatapos makakuha ng business permit at operational permit sa munisipyo, pumunta naman sa BIR at mag fill-up ng form 0506 at bayaran sa counter. Kapag nakatapos na sa BIR, pwede napo kyo magpagawa ng mga resibo sa printing press. Dalhin po ang approved form 0506 ng BIR kasi requirements po yan sa ibang printing press. 10. Bilhin na po yun iba pang gamit na inyong kakailanganin katulad ng mga galon, selyo, heat gun, sanitizer soap at iba pa. Isabay na rin po ang pagpapagawa ng inyong signage at sticker labels para sa inyong mga produckto. 12. Kung gawa ng ang tindahan at ready na ang water source, ipa schedule napo ang installation ng makina (kung maaari po ay piliin ang oras sa gabi ng sa ganon mapabilis ang paggawa at makaiwas sa mga usyusero). Ang makina po ay maikakabit mula isa hanggang dalawang araw lamang. 13. Hayaan po muna na mag “dry run” ang makina mula isa hanggang tatlong araw bago magbenta o kumuha ng sample para sa water analysis ng inyong produkto. Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng DOH at alamin kung paano ang proseso sa pagpapa test ng tubig. (TIP: mas maganda po na after a month na kayo kumuha ng sample upang maging maganda ang resulta inyong water analysis). 14.) Antayin ang resulta ng water testing na inyong pinadala, pag pumasa Goodluck po! And Welcome to the Club. 2. Good source of water. Total Dissolved Solids must be below 500ppm. Meron ako tester na ginagamit to know ang TDS ng tubig. Above this TDS (500ppm) baka the quality ng product ay maapektuhan.

4. Sanitary permit from Municipality or DOH
E. Suggestions:
E1. Location
1. You do not need to rent spacious place at along highway or road dahil tataas lang ang operating cost mo. If you have 25sqmeter sa bahay mo that will be enough. Or if you will rent naman siguro maximum take a place that would cost from 5000 to 10,000 maximum at dapat meron agreement for 5 years at least.
2. If you are inside a well populated subdivision, very good because from the subdivision itsel you can easily earn 2 to 4k sales per day. At matipid pa sa gasolina.
3. You do not need to be along the highway dahil 90percent of your sales will be home delivery.
E2: Equipments.
* Actually you are saving if you will get higher capacity of Reverse Osmosis purification unit. You need to run the system half of the time(12hrs. Only) to produce 1000 gallons. Anyway, yung equipments naman ay madali i-upgrade.
* If you can afford, get the fully automatic system. Wala ka ng babantayan na mapupuno or aapaw sa tanke. Just switch it on at it will automatically start and stop when empty at full na ang mga tangke.
E3: Delivery
You should have an idea kung saan ang maging market mo. Kung subdivision lang..motorcycle na lang ang biling mo dahil it can carry 25 bottles din at matipid sa gasolina. In our case P500 full tank every 8-10days. Noong jeep ang gamit namin it is P100 per day. Some uses padyak lang. Kung posible sa lugar niyo why not.
Contract : others will have a contract with motorcycle drivers P5 per gallon commission para ideliver ang tubig.
I design, supply and install water refilling station. Just do not forget to let me quote at least
when you come to a point of really starting a business.
